My stay at Margaritaville Beach Resort Ambergris Caye was enjoyable overall. The hotel is brand new, with two fantastic swimming pools and a wonderful atmosphere. However, being a soft opening, there were still a few kinks to work out, and I found the drive from the town of San Pedro to be quite bumpy. I can definitely see it becoming an amazing place by the time they have their grand opening in May.
